When you warm the planet evaporation increases leaving trees, grass, dead leaves, branches, grasses & even root systems tinder dry. You don’t get this without climate change. I’m having fun watching the deniers panic & scramble for their latest, alternate reality, denier BS. If a deniers house was on fire & I was the only person in the vicinity with a phone, it’s staying in my pocket. Yes I’ve abandoned all climate deniers to the ravages of climate change. I’m not the only one abandoning you & yours.

“Decisions by two major insurers to stop offering new homeowner’s policies in California highlight the growing portion of America that’s becoming close to uninsurable.
Why it matters: The threat of climate change-related disasters is a large factor driving up consumer costs and putting insurers out of business in parts of California, Florida, Louisiana and elsewhere.
It is also bedeviling regulators. “I never thought I would see in my lifetime houses that are flat-out uninsurable,” says Robb Lanham, chief sales officer for insurance brokerage HUB Private Client, which works with about 500 insurers.”

All the climate science prediction have come to pass except in one area - timing. The consequences that have been beating the hell out of the humans & their infrastructure, homes & businesses, are happening decades earlier than predicted. Y’all were not paying attention to them anyway, so there ya go.
