In this context it means “born from” or “descendant” rather than “minor”. But I don’t suppose you care, because you’re obviously a rather bigoted individual who has issues of your own. Forget the use of the word ‘children’, I’m appalled that I was lured here with the promise of vroom-vroom cars in a drag race, but only got stories about men dressing as women.
